Firstly, this project can discharge the effluent which comes from raw silk production workshop to the regulatory pool of engineering, through mixed-conditioning, dissolved air oxygenation, pressure biochemistry, mechanical filtration, biological carbon adsorption and so on. This process purifies the waste water. Secondly the processed water takes its natural course to the clean water tank, and then clean water is sent to the workshop to be re-used. Then the waste water is again processed by the plant, so that it becomes a continuous recycling of waste water. At the same time, the heat generated during this wastewater purification process is reused. Since the plant was put into use, it has reduced the consumption of water by 90% ~ 95% and coal consumption by 20% ~ 30%. This project achieves excellent economic effects and ecological benefits which combine the functions of water-saving, energy saving and environmental protection.
